The Chamber

A professional body belonging to UTICA and the National Health Federation, the Chamber brings Tunisia's private clinics together around a shared ambition: quality care that is accessible and trustworthy.

Mission

Represent the profession, defend its interests and contribute, alongside public authorities, to the quality of the Tunisian health system.

Represent

Speak for private clinics before the Ministry of Health, CNAM and other institutions.

Defend

Negotiate agreements and help shape the sector's regulatory framework.

Support

Inform and advise members on regulation, quality, human resources and investment.

Promote

Showcase Tunisian healthcare in Tunisia and abroad.

Governance

The Chamber is run by bodies elected by its members, within the framework of the statutes of UTICA and the National Health Federation.

General assembly

Brings together all member clinics. It elects the executive board, sets the main orientations and may be convened in extraordinary session.

Elected by the general assembly, it leads the Chamber's work and represents it before public authorities and partners.

Statutes

The Chamber is governed by its statutes and internal rules, within the framework of the statutes of UTICA and the National Health Federation. Any licensed private healthcare facility operating in Tunisia may join.
