Agreement on pay rises for private clinic staff, 2022-2024

An agreement on pay rises for staff working in private clinics was signed between UGTT and UTICA, with the National Syndical Chamber of Private Clinics representing employers.

The agreement provides for wage increases of 6.5% for 2022, 6.75% for 2023 and 6.75% for 2024.

It falls under the framework agreement concluded between UGTT and UTICA in early 2022 on private-sector pay rises for 2022-2024.
